The elecciónse took effect last August 20, 2010 and competed the representatives of the 5th, 6th and 7th grades, Irina Lopez and Mauricio Arteaga Laura Llanos, respectively, who failed to capture an absolute majority among School mates. The candidate for the Sixth Grade, Laura Arteaga, if managed defined as the Treasurer of the Council with 21 of the 71 valid votes while the remaining candidates were tied 25 to 25 each without fail to capture the presidency in dispute.
After counting Campus authorities in conjunction with parents and student representatives candidates agreed to hold a second round next Friday August 27, 2010 after an intense campaign where the candidate of the Seventh Grade, Mauricio Llanos , managed abtenerse 47 of the 76 valid votes thus gaining the Presidency and his opponent Student Deputy President, pledging to end the 3 former candidates for elected office and to work for all campaign proposals regardless of who has departed.
Is an example of governance of the school children of Bahia give politicians as long as we have shown to have a policy and acquisition of power is critical to destroy those who think like them. In good time for young leaders.
